Our History

Dit dah Co Ltd is the result of a 20+ year history in the Human Resource Development (Organisational Development, Career Development & Training, and Development) space that began in Vietnam in 1998, expanded to Thailand in 2003, and then across Asia Pacific (Australia | Bangladesh | Brunei | Bangladesh | Cambodia | China | Indonesia | Laos | Malaysia | Myanmar | Philippines | Sri Lanka | Thailand | Vietnam). 

 

In this time a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) was established to deliver accredited Australian Qualifications in the Vocational Educational & Training (VET) space in several of the above-listed countries.

 

As mentioned dit dah began as a business focused on HRD but soon expanded to include consulting services in many of the other facets of Human Resource Management (HRM).  These services include but are not limited to HR Consulting, Executive Coaching, Needs Analysis, Surveys (employee, customers, suppliers, etc), and a host of other capabilities.

We chose Apps as the best platform to deliver on these needs. The technology we use is robust and very reliable, making the content clearly useable on any IOS or Android device. It is quickly accessible allowing staff to quickly check information going into meetings, or preparing for client calls.

 

Another major advantage is that App technology is accessible around the world, which is why some clients have noted that most of the staff learning actually takes place at home, during business travel, or in the back of a taxi. Now that is flexibility.
